Craft Away a Sunday - Cute!

Over at Craft Away A Sunday this week the theme is

'Cute' and is hosted by Sarah.

The scrapbook page is of my eldest daughter Sophie

who was 8yrs old at the time and Youngest daughter

Freya who was about 3 weeks old... Can't believe she's

just started full time school!! Time certainly flies!!

New Challenge Blog!

There's a new challenge blog called Craft Away A Sunday .

Every Sunday will bring a new challenge and in many

different styles as it is made up of a design team with

varied styles of crafting.. The first theme is 'Halloween'.

Here is my entry for this week :o)

Stampboard and an Award...

I have a few lovely tree stamps and as boredom

took over on Thursday I decided to make 6 little

stampboard pieces to go together in my bathroom.

This is the first, so far that's all I've done lol but will

hopefully finish them all over the weekend.

Decided to use both pics as it looks so different in

in different light. The first was just natural light and

the second was taken under my daylight lamp.

and I've been given an award....

Mixed Media Monday - Rust

This week over at Mixed Media Monday the theme

is 'Rust' and is hosted by my friend Gillian who's done

an amazing sample piece for her chosen theme. I decided

to alter this tin and make it into a memory box for this

weeks challenge, think I threw everything in my craft

cupboard at it lol and I hope it looks a bit rusty :o)

Make A Moo or Two - Mona Lisa and Friends

This week over at Make A Moo Or Two the theme is

'Mona Lisa and friends' and here is my enty :o)

A Canvas or Two...

This was my first attempt at a canvas using

acrylics, metalic paints and some gold leaf.

I'd had made it for something else but Kaz

saw it and so it's now in sunny Scotland lol.

Swing High...

I can't believe it's nearly the end of June already, this

year is flying by!! I made this piece for a COF and also

for Mixed Media Monday where the theme this week

is 'Places' .. my place is swinging in the garden which

I spent hours doing as a child :o)

The photo's aren't great sorry, after what felt like the

50th attempt I went with the first two lol
