Collage

Over at Saturday Stampers this week the them

is 'Collage'

Had a lot of fun making this card, was like being

back at school, ripping up bits of paper and

sticking it down lol with a bit of stamping and

perfect pearls to finish it off :o)

Saturday Stampers - Winter

Over at Saturday Stampers this week the

theme is 'Winter'

All I could come up with this morning was

christmasy type themes which for some

reason just didn't work.. Maybe it's because

I'm not in christmas mode yet. I'm denying

all knowledge until Novermber, at which time

I'll start panicking and running round like a

headless chicken lol

I ended up using a photo of the trees in my garden

that was taken last winter. I seem to use this photo

a lot (it's even on my blog header lol) but thought

it would be perfect for the theme this week.

I embossed the tree's to give them an even more

wintery feel.

Think Pink!!

This week over at Saturday Stampers the theme

is 'Pink Ribbon' to tie in with Breast Cancer awareness

month. I've also made this tag for a 'Pink Ladies' swap,

the challenge was to create a tag incorporating the colour

pink and the image of a lady.

Over at Magickdiva's Thursday Challenge this week

the theme is 'Faces'

Stamp is of unknown origin, I used copper metalic

round the edges and liquid applique for the gems

in her hair. Who ever gets this, don't put it near

heat or it'll expland! ROF

1. I auditioned for the Royal Ballet when I was 10yrs old but wasn't good enough lol

Saturday Stampers - DPOV

This week over at Saturday Stampers the theme

is 'DPOV' (different point of view)

I have to thank Debbie again for the image, she

let me stamp so many on my visit lol.

Decided to do a black and white card as I really

love the effect and also a Tag. The leaves are

coloured in using a metallic gold pen.

Treasures

This is a Photo of my dear mum who sadly lost her battle

with Cancer in 2001 aged only 57. I adore this photo of

her taken in the early 60's, so thought it would be ideal for

this weeks challenge :o)

Saturday Stampers - Trees

Thought I'd enter this for Saturday Stampers this

week as the theme is 'Trees'

I've had this piece of stone for such a long

time and didn't really know what to do with

it. I recently bought a small tree stamp and

thought it would be perfect on this, so with the

help of super glue and a lot of swearing lol

here's the end result :o)

alice k... in answer to your question the stone's got

a pretty flat surface and I stamped the trees using

Versa Magic multi surfice chalk ink, then blasted

it with the heat gun for good measure.

If I was going to wear it, I'd probably give it thin

coat of varnish, just to make sure. :o)

ATC's Chocolate and Lime

I made these ATC's for a swap hosted by Zuzu on her forum.

The theme is ' Lime-Green and Brown '

Wednesday Stamper - Fish

Apologies for the photo quality, batteries exploded

in my camera so having to resort to my trusty mobile

which isn't the best :o/

This is my entry for Wednesday Stamper this week and

the theme is 'Fish'

The background was made using Majestic Blue H20's,

then some Perfect pearls sprinkled in globs randomly whilst

it was still wet. I then used prit around the edge of the tag

and sprinkled gold embossing powder over the top of it. It

blubbles when heated and I think it gives the illusion of being

underwater.. not too sure though lol

The fish stamp is of unknown origin but I covered it with Glossy

Accents and sprinked Perfect Pearls over the top in globs to give

the illusion of it being in water.

'Glob' seems to be my word of the day! lol

'Wings' Tag

I made this tag for a tag swap hosted by Gillian and

the theme is 'Wings'

I should say, I don't have this stamp but I

NEED it lol.. Debbie kindly let me stamp

loads when I was there :o)
